Is practicing surgery like being an artist? Dr Bright thinks so. Patients come to him with many different medical problems. No two people are completely alike. We all have different anatomy and different likes and dislikes and even different stages of diseases. Responding to his different patients’ unique needs frequently required thinking outside of the box. Although Dr Bright does use a systematic scientific evidence based approach to treat his patients and perform surgery, his approach is individually modified for each patient to fulfill their u pair needs.
Besides performing hundreds of surgeries and treating thousands of patients each year, Dr Bright also practices his creative side as an engineer and artist and has created multiple projects for friends, and to enjoy at his home, including a Murphy wall bed, pizza oven, and a custom bench with fire pit for a close friend:
