Iovera
Dr. Bright is now performing Iovera treatments prior to knee replacement surgery. Iovera uses cryoneurolysis to treat the pain and symptoms of arthritis, and leaves the knee numb PRIOR to the knee replacement. The Iovera procedure is performed by Dr. Bright in the office with local anesthesia, and uses liquid nitrogen to treat the superficial skin nerves to the knee.
